KinderGym classes are for boys and girls aged 5-6 years. Here, children are working independently of their parents. Children rotate through various boys and girls equipment such as balance beam, high rings, vaulting, trampoline + more. These classes are one hour in duration and, of course, provide a variety of opportunities for children to learn basic gymnastics skills in a fun, safe environment.

The earlier children begin gymnastics the better their development will be.
